Nellie Cole a former student who is now a published poet returns to the school!

Nellie ran creative poetry sessions with Year 7 and Year 13. Each group were really engaged and thoroughly enjoyed reading and writing their own poems. They discussed a range of topics relating to poetry such as its relaxing benefits and how poetry can be cathartic and allows you to write all emotions good or bad down on paper. They also discussed each individuals favourite aspects of poetry.

We wish Nellie all the best in her future career and thank her for her time visiting the school. To follow Nellie's success she can be found @NellieFayeCole
