Following an interview process in May I am pleased to inform you that the appointment of Headteacher at Windsor has been made and will be effective from January 2016.

Mr Stephen Lanckham is currently Headteacher at Wodensborough Ormiston Academy where he has been Headteacher since 2012. He will be known to many at Windsor having previously worked here from 2004-2007 as Assistant Headteacher/Director of Sport. He played a key role in establishing the reputation of Windsor as a Sports College and the development of our Student Leadership programme.

Since leaving Windsor he moved to a Deputy role in Birmingham before taking up this present post and we look forward to welcoming him to Windsor as someone who is keen to build upon the work of the school.

As Chief Executive Officer I will continue to work with Mr Lanckham to build the reputation of Windsor alongside my wider responsibilities across the Trust.

Mr K W Sorrell
Executive Headteacher
